The customer needs a more efficient and transparent way to assign multiple assets to a PM template. They want to easily view all assets already assigned to a template, directly within the assignment process, and avoid unnecessary navigation between screens. The current workflow makes it difficult to track assignments and risks duplication.
Current Limitations
- No Visibility in Pop-Up: When assigning assets via the asset selection pop-up, previously assigned assets do not appear, leaving the window blank.
- Inefficient Navigation: To see which assets are already linked, the user must exit the pop-up and go to the PM page.
- Duplication Risk: Without visibility in the pop-up, the same asset may be assigned to the template multiple times.
