If you outsource work like Roofing, HVAC, Forklift Maintenance, etc. how do you assign them work orders? It would be convenient to create users for each so you can assign work to them directly. But in order to manage costs (and not add more users), how do you group work and assign it to them? For instance, we won't bring out the roofing contractor for one little leak, but we will queue up work and when we have a half or full day of work, will bring them in.
