I am trying to find a way to create reports that show how many of my Work Requests and Unplanned Work are Process Failures as opposed to Breakdowns. How can I see them?
I can create a widget that shows tasks that used parts, but how do I filter to tasks that did not use parts? For instance, when my tech spent time doing adjustments with the operator but no parts were used? It wasn't an actual maintenance problem, just my tech being used as an operator/trainer.
I need to identify these events so I can show how much of my available time is being spent on tasks that don't require my people, so I can get it fixed and get that time back.
