Hi everyone,
I’d like to request an improvement to the export functionality for Completed Work Orders in Limble.
Currently, the export does include the total cost of the parts, but it does not provide a detailed breakdown of the individual parts used in each Work Order (part names, quantities, and cost per part). For our workflow, this level of detail is essential.
Our team wants to perform custom data analysis outside of Limble using tools like Python and pandas, which allows us to build automated, highly customized reports tailored to our specific operational needs. These reports go beyond what Limble currently offers by default.
To support this, we need the export to include:
- A list of each part used in the Work Order
- The quantity of each part
- The cost per part
- The already‑included total parts cost
- All of this in a single spreadsheet export
Having this detailed parts breakdown would significantly improve our ability to analyze maintenance costs, track part consumption, and generate automated reporting pipelines.
Thanks for considering this enhancement. It would be extremely valuable for teams that rely on external analytics and custom reporting.
