I am used to having the ability to code my work orders in order to categorize them and track different metrics. How do you identify work types in Limble?
I'm not in favor of using tags because we already have too many of them and they all wind up in the "description" field. It's not good practice to use one field for many types of information, it makes it hard to filter and sort.
My thought is to create an instruction set with a series of drop-down instructions.
Can you suggest any best practices?
