Overview
Customers need a more efficient way to manage dashboards when statuses or priorities change. Currently, updating widgets requires manual edits one by one, creating unnecessary overhead and slowing down workflow adjustments.
Current Limitations
• Each widget must be individually opened and updated when statuses or priorities are modified
• No ability to apply changes across multiple widgets simultaneously
• Dashboard maintenance becomes time-consuming as the number of widgets increases
• High risk of inconsistency when updates are missed across widgets
General Example
A manager adds a new priority level to their system. To reflect this change, they must open every dashboard widget that uses priorities and manually adjust each one. On dashboards with many widgets, this process becomes tedious and error-prone.
Requested Enhancements
- Add the ability to select multiple widgets within a dashboard for bulk editing
- Provide a “Select All Widgets” option at the dashboard level
- Enable bulk updates for shared configurations such as statuses and priorities
- Introduce a global dashboard setting that automatically syncs updates across all relevant widgets
