Overview
When I try to assign myself to a task that I am already assigned to, nothing should fail. Since the task is already assigned to me, the system should either ignore the duplicate action or show a clear popup explaining that I am already assigned.
Current Limitations
• The system currently shows a generic error message: “An error occurred. Please try again.”
• The message makes it look like something failed, even though no real action is needed.
• There is no clear explanation that I am already assigned to the task.
• Retrying the same assignment does not change anything, so the error creates unnecessary confusion.
