Overview
When a Task consumes multiple different parts and those parts fall below their minimum stock levels, Limble should consolidate parts from the same vendor into a single reorder Task instead of creating one separate reorder Task for every part.
Current Limitations
• Closing one Task can generate many separate reorder Tasks when multiple parts fall below minimum stock.
• This can result in 20 different parts creating 20 separate reorder Tasks, even when all 20 parts come from the same vendor.
• Each part is currently treated as an individual reorder action rather than being grouped into the same purchasing workflow.
• This creates unnecessary Task volume and additional administrative work.
