Overview
Customers need more flexible filtering options on the Manage Parts page to efficiently narrow down large parts lists. Specifically, they need the ability to include multiple manufacturers, exclude specific manufacturers, and quickly display only parts that are understocked.
Current Limitations
• The Manufacturer filter currently presents a single-select dropdown of manufacturer values.
• Users cannot select Manufacturer 1 OR Manufacturer 2 within the same filter.
• There is no IS NOT operator to exclude one or more manufacturers.
• There is no dedicated checkbox or toggle to display only understocked parts.
General Example
A customer may need to view all parts manufactured by Crown OR 3M without running separate filters. Alternatively, they may want to see all parts except those from Crown. When reviewing inventory, they also need a quick way to display only parts that have fallen below their configured stock level.
