Overview
Customers want to view the total number of tasks closed within a selected time period and break that total down by the user who completed each task. This would allow dashboard widgets to show individual technician contributions instead of only grouping results by time intervals.
Current Limitations
• The “Number of Tasks” bar chart can currently be split only by Year, Month, Week, or Day.
• There is no option to split task counts by the user who completed the task.
• When the dashboard is already filtered to a single day, splitting by Day provides little additional value because it produces only one date grouping.
