Overview
When Limble warns that a part already exists on an open Purchase Order, the customer wants the warning to include whether the item has already been received and how many units remain outstanding.
Current Limitations
• The warning indicates that the item exists on an open PO but provides limited receiving context.
• Fully received items may continue to create unnecessary warning noise.
• Partially received lines require the user to open the related PO and investigate manually.
• Users cannot immediately determine how much quantity is still outstanding.
General Example
A part is associated with an existing PO. Instead of showing only the PO reference, Limble could indicate that 30 were ordered, 15 were received, and 15 remain outstanding.
