Overview
The customer needs exports from Open Tasks → Bulk Export to be immediately usable for reporting and analysis. The current export requires significant manual cleanup and does not include the Asset ID as a dedicated field. While Limble’s submitted feedback captured the missing Asset ID, the broader issue is that users should not have to manually restructure and clean every exported worksheet before the data can be reliably used.
Current Limitations
• Standard task exports include Asset Name and Parent Asset Name but do not include Asset ID as a separate field.
• Asset Name is not a reliable unique identifier because multiple assets can have the same name.
