Overview
Customers need activity logs to accurately distinguish between different task states and clearly identify when a task was created automatically by Limble rather than manually by a user. This is especially important for Min Qty tasks generated when inventory reaches the Part Qty Threshold.
Current Limitations
• Task log entries display “Deleted or Hidden” without indicating which action actually occurred.
• Automatically generated Min Qty tasks are attributed to the user whose task completion triggered the inventory threshold check.
• The current wording makes it appear that the triggering user manually created the reorder task.
• Users reviewing the audit trail cannot easily distinguish between a user action and a system-generated action.
