Overview
The customer wants the Purchase Order receiving workflow to be faster and provide clearer visibility into partially received quantities and associated Bills. Receiving a single item currently requires unnecessary manual selection work, while important receipt details are hidden behind additional navigation.
Current Limitations
• There is no Select All / Clear All control when choosing PO items to receive.
• Receiving only one item can require manually deselecting every other PO line.
• Partially received PO lines do not clearly show how many units have already been received directly on the PO.
• The Bill number associated with received items is not displayed alongside the receipt information.
