One of my favorite, sneakily powerful, features in Limble is Teams and I highly recommend them to all the accounts that I work with.

Teams are a location based option that allows the creation of groups that cut across Roles and make task management much easier. For example, when configuring your work request portal Teams can be used to assign tasks to multiple people at once, even if they are have mix of different Roles. This also applies to PM template assignments and in both cases, using teams makes managing those assignment much easier as things evolve over time.

If your PMs are assigned to a Team with multiple people on it, someone being out sick or on vacation means tasks don't have to be reassigned. If team member retires, takes another job, or has a role change Teams make it easy to update all assignments that person was part of by updating the Team instead of them on PM templates or in the Work Request portal.
