Enhancement request: Move chat box or 'pop out' feature

This request is for an enhancement to the existing help chat bot functionality in to allow users to move and pin the chat bot window anywhere on the screen. This would significantly improve multitasking and User Experience / Interface Flexibility.
Currently, the help chat bot is fixed in place, which can obstruct important interface elements. Users often minimize or close the chat to continue working, and may not return to it—resulting in missed support opportunities and a lack of follow-up or follow-through with intended resolution-seeking.
Allowing users to reposition and pin the chat bot would:
- Enable uninterrupted multitasking.
- Prevent the chat from blocking key user interface components.
- Encourage continued engagement with support resources.
- Improve overall user satisfaction and productivity.
Proposed Features:
- Draggable chat window that users can move freely across the screen.
- Pinning option to keep the chat in a preferred location.
- Retain current functionality (minimize, expand, live support, etc.).
Expected Benefits:
- Enhanced usability and flexibility for operations staff.
- Increased use and resolution resulting from of support tools and resources.
- Reduced frustration from UI obstruction.
