New Feature: Work Request Review and Approval

We just rolled out a new feature to help you take more control over incoming work. Work Request Review and Approval is now live for all Limble Premium+ and Enterprise customers!
With this new workflow, you can:

• Review and approve or decline requests before they become tasks
• Assign reviewers by role or location
• Log decline reasons for compliance and visibility
• Automatically notify requesters of status updates
• Access declined requests for reference and audit trails

Requests now enter a Pending state until reviewed, helping your team stay focused, reduce clutter, and improve data accuracy.
