While users can currently see if someone else is viewing the same task they are in, there is no centralized or real-time way to monitor which tasks users across the team are actively working on. Additionally, there is no visibility into how long someone has had a task open. This limits managerial oversight, hinders collaboration, and can result in duplicated effort or miscommunication.
Current Limitations
- No Dashboard-Level User Activity View: There is no system-wide view showing what tasks individual users are currently viewing or working on—unless you're inside the same task at that exact time.
- Limited In-Task Awareness: Within a task, users can see if others are present, but this presence data is only visible per task and not accessible in aggregate.
- No Visibility into Task Duration: The platform tracks how long a task is kept open, but this timer is not visible to others. Managers cannot see how long a user has been on a specific task in real time.
